MORE Evander har biträtt vid avtal om aktieöverlåtelse

Advokatfirman MORE Evander har varit legal rådgivare till Partenza AB och Physiotech AS vid ingående av avtal om försäljningen av aktierna i Panthera AB och Panthera AS till Permobil Aktiebolag. Transaktionen förväntas slutföras i början av januari 2022.

MORE Evander has acted as legal advisor to Partenza AB and Physiotech AS in relation to entering a share purchase agreement of the sale of the shares in Panthera AB and Panthera AS to Permobil Aktiebolag. Completion of the transaction is estimated to be early in January 2022.
